The Hobart lacrosse team travels to Smithfield, R.I., to take on Bryant University in a key Northeast Conference game on Saturday, April 3. The opening faceoff at the Bulldogs' Beirne Stadium is set for noon.
The Statesmen are 2-1 (2-1 in NEC) with a pair of 13-9 wins over Mount St. Mary's. Sophomore faceoff specialist

Ryan Archer leads the team with 13 points on six goals and seven assists. First-year
Anthony Dattellas has a team-high seven goals. Sophomore goalie
Kevin Holtby has started all three games this season, sporting a .562 save percentage and a 10.67 goals against average.
Bryant is 5-1 overall, 3-0 in the NEC. First-years Bennett Abladian and Logan McGovern share the team lead with 18 points apiece. First-year Nathan Laliberte is the team's top faceoff man, winning 63 percent of his restarts. Sophomore goalie Luke Caracciolo has started all six games, sporting a .548 save percentage and a 9.63 GAA.
The game will be the 13th meeting between the schools with the Bulldogs holding a 7-5 series lead.
