PHILADELPHIA, Pa.—The 14th-ranked William Smith College squash team was tripped up by 15th-ranked Amherst College 8-1 in a consolation semifinal of the Kurtz Cup this morning. With the loss, the Herons are now 17-4 overall on the year.
The Herons will conclude the College Squash Association team championships tomorrow, Feb. 19 when it takes on Bowdoin at 8:30 a.m.

- At No. 7, junior Lark Ervasti was tripped up by Morgan Chaudhary, 6-11, 6-11, 11-7, 11-2, 11-1.
