GENEVA, N.Y.—The forecast has altered the Hobart College baseball schedule for this week. The Statesmen were scheduled to host Wells College tonight at McDonough Park, but that game has been canceled. Hobart's weekend series against Ithaca has been moved up to Thursday, April 27 and Friday, April 28.
The Statesmen (8-18, 2-11) will host the regionally-ranked Bombers (20-12, 9-5) in a doubleheader Thursday beginning at 3 p.m. On Friday, Hobart will head to the south end of Cayuga Lake to play Ithaca at 1 p.m.
Tomorrow's home games will be broadcast live on WHWS-FM (105.7) and will be webcast on HWS All-Access with Live Stats available on HWSAthletics.com.
A Taste of Soul food truck from Seneca Falls will be serving concessions at McDonough Park. The menu will include traditional ballpark fare like hot dogs and burgers as well as a variety of other dishes. HWS students, faculty and staff will receive a complimentary entree when they present their OneCard.
