The 17th-ranked William Smith College squash team will begin a four-game road trip on Wednesday, Jan. 17, when it hits the road to take on 20th-ranked St. Lawrence. It will be a stretch of four matches in five days for the Herons.

After the trip to Canton, William Smith will head to Clinton, to take on 24th-ranked Wesleyan University on Jan. 19. The next day, the Herons will be in Poughkeepsie to face Vassar. The Herons will conclude the trip at 16th-ranked Middlebury.

ABOUT WILLIAM SMITH
- The Herons started 2024 3-0 after entering the holiday break with a 1-2 overall record. William Smith upset No. 15 Georgetown 5-4 on Sunday.
- Senior Rafaela Albuja Sanchez and sophomore Nathalie Sim share the team lead with four wins each. Albuja Sanchez is 4-2 at No. 1 and Sim is 4-2 in the No. 3 spot.
- Sim was named the Liberty League Performer of the Week yesterday.

ABOUT ST. LAWRENCE
- The Saints are 4-2 overall and looking to bounce back from a 9-0 loss to Georgetown last Saturday.
- Four different players have a team-high four wins, including Madeleine Martin, who is 4-2 at the No. 2 spot.
- Anannya Morey plays at No. 1 and is 3-3 overall.

- The Cardinals are 5-4 overall and will play against Mount Holyoke on Tuesday. Wesleyan is coming off an 8-1 win at Connecticut College on Jan. 10.
- Marangela James and Jaclyn Dichter share the team lead with six wins each.
- Mira Bakshi and Avika Pande have split time at No. 1.

- The Panthers are 8-1 overall and will take on 14th-ranked Williams College on Saturday.
- Middlebury has won six-straight matches since losing to Georgetown on Jan. 5.
- Madeline Schwarz and Marina Reedich are 9-0 overall this season. Schwartz is 6-0 at No. 8 and Reedich is 6-0 at No. 7.
- Sabrina Schwarz has played seven matches at No. 1. She is 3-4.
