The William Smith lacrosse team returns home for two of its final three regular season home games. The Herons begin the homestretch tomorrow, April 17, when they welcome Rochester Institute of Technology to Boswell Field at David J Urick Stadium. The game is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.

William Smith is looking to bounce back from a 13-10 loss to seventh-ranked Wesleyan on Saturday. The Herons, who are 12-2 overall with a 6-1 record in Liberty League play, are ranked sixth in this week's IL Women/IWLCA Poll and fifth in this week's USA Lacrosse Magazine Poll. Wiliam Smith is second in the Liberty League, one game behind 13th-ranked Ithaca.Â

The Tigers are 6-6 overall with a 2-5 mark in conference play. RIT is coming off an 11-8 win over Clarkson on Saturday. The Tigers are currently a game and a half out of the final playoff spot currently held by RPI.
