Hobart (1-4, 0-2) goes into Frank Bailey Field looking for its first conference win of the season and its first win in Schenectady since 2015.

Junior running back E.J. Taylor is coming off his third 100-yard rushing game of the season after going for 110 yards against RPI. Sophomore quarterback Jeremy Weiss has completed 50% of his passes for 288 yards and a touchdown. Saturday will be his second career start. Junior wide receiver Marcus Peterson has a team-high 16 receptions for 260 yards, while sophomore wide out Johnny Harding adds 15 catches for 207 yards and two TDs.

Senior linebackers Mike McGhee and Noah Chachere lead the defense with 49 tackles and 36 tackles, respectively. Sophomore defensive lineman Billy Brosko adds 26 tackles and a team-high four tackles for loss and first-year linebacker Jeron Atwater Jr. counts a team-leading two sacks among his nine tackles this season.

Union (3-2, 2-0) is coming off a 28-6 win at Buffalo State last week. The Garnet Chargers are 2-0 at home with wins over Morrisville State and St. Lawrence.

Senior quarterback Patch Flanagan leads both the passing and rushing attack. He's second in the league with 986 passing yards and first in the league with 452 rushing yards. Senior wide receiver Gil Rivera is Flanagan's top target in the passing game with 22 receptions for 295 yards and four touchdowns. Flanagan's mobility and the play of the offensive line have Union ranked 10th in the nation in fewest sacks allowed (0.4/g).

The Union defense is second in the league, allowing 287.0 yards per game. Sophomore linebacker John Droggitis has a team-leading 34 tackles on the year. The Garnet Chargers are 13th in the nation in tackles for loss (8.6/g) thanks in no small part to junior Daniel O'Leary's team-high 12.5 TFL.
