GENEVA, N.Y.—Hobart lacrosse will play the third game of a four-game home stand to start the season in the Poole Family Dome against former Patriot League rival Bucknell. The Statesmen will face off against the Bison beginning at noon, Saturday, Feb. 22.
Due to fire code restrictions, spectators will be limited to only those people listed on the teams' pass lists. The game will be broadcast on WEOS-FM (89.5/90.3). Online coverage includes streaming video on HWS All-Access and Live Stats.

STATESMEN TO WATCH
- Senior attackman Alex Rosa leads the Atlantic 10 and is 12th in the nation in goals per game (4.5).
- Rosa's nine goals this year include three extra-man goals, which is tied for first in Division I.
- Junior midfielder David Peterkin is the A10's top setup man. He's averaging 2.5 assists per game, 21st in the nation.
- Graduate student Cole Emmanuel leads the A10 and is 14th in the country in faceoff winning percentage (.632). He's second in the A10 and 10th in Division I in ground balls per game (7.5).
- Senior defenseman Nolan Firth is off to a strong start. He's second in the A10 in caused turnovers per game (2.0) and seventh in ground balls per game (4.0).
HERE COMES THE HERD
- Bucknell senior attackman Connor Davis is on a scoring tear. He has 17 goals in three games and leads the nation, averaging 5.67 goals per game.
- Junior attackman Michael Meyer leads the Bison with nine assists and 20 points. He's 11th in Division I in assists per game and seventh in points per game.
- Junior defenseman Will Pickering has a team-high six caused turnovers.
- Bucknell has used four goalies this season. Junior Luke Renaud has played in all three games, starting two. He has a 7.59 GAA, a .576 save percentage and a 2-0 record in 110:37.
SERIES SNAPSHOT
- Saturday's game will be the 26th meeting between Hobart and Bucknell. The Statesmen lead the series 17-8, including a 9-2 record at home.
- From 2000 to 2004, the teams were Patriot League rivals with Hobart winning four of the six games played during that time span.
- Bucknell has won three in a row over Hobart, but the teams have not played since 2012.
FAMILIAR FACES
- Bucknell Head Coach Frank Fedorjaka and two of his assistant coaches, Tom Gravante and Matt Kerwick, are Hobart alums. Fedorjaka graduated in 1989, Gravante in 1988 and Kerwick in 1990.
