Healy, Moesch tabbed All-Liberty League

Hobart basketball senior Pat Healy and sophomore Alex Moesch were named to the 2025 All-Liberty League third team in a vote of the conference coaches. The duo led the team in scoring this season guiding the Statesmen to a 16-10 overall record.
 
Healy missed the first seven games of the season due to injury, appearing in 19 games, including 17 starts. He averaged 10.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists, while shooting .411 from the floor, .391 from 3-point range and .733 at the free throw line. Healy hit double digits in the scoring column nine times, including a season-high 22 points in a win over Liberty League Tournament Champion Ithaca on Jan. 11. He grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds in a victory over Clarkson on Jan. 25.
 
Healy played in 96 career games, starting 55. He averaged 8.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists. Healy's 98 career 3-pointers made rank 17th on Hobart's all-time list.
 
A starter in all 26 games, Moesch led Hobart in scoring, averaging 12.2 points while adding 3.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists. He shot .417 from the floor, a team-leading .395 from beyond the 3-point arc, and a team-leading .761 at the line. Moesch reached double figures in points 20 times this season, producing a season-high 18 points against Liberty League regular season champion RPI and against Clarkson. He contributed 17 points and a season-high four assists to Hobart's win at Empire 8 Champion Utica.
 
Moesch has played in 54 games in his first two seasons, averaging 11.3 points and 3.0 rebounds. He's made 101 career 3-pointers, which ranks 16th in Hobart's all-time list.
 
Hobart went 10-8 in Liberty League play this season, finishing fifth in the 10-team league. The Statesmen qualified for the Liberty League Tournament for the eighth consecutive season, falling in the first round 83-80 in overtime at fourth-seeded Union.
