The 10 selections are the most scholar-athletes Hobart has earned in a season.

To be named an IRCA Scholar-Athlete, rowers and coxswains must be in their second, third or fourth year of eligibility, have competed in one of the top three boats during the season or raced at the 2024 IRA Championships and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50 through the fall semester.
