The William Smith squash team concluded a three-game trip to Pennsylvania with a 7-2 win over Vassar this afternoon. The Herons also took on Dickinson and Haverford during their swing through the Keystone State this weekend.

AGAINST THE RED DEVILS
- Friday's match against Dickinson was the Herons' ninth against a team ranked in the top 25 of the College Squash Association poll.
- The Red Devils won all eight of their points in 3-0 sweeps.
- Danielle Dezart had a tight battle in the No. 7 spot, but was edged 11-5, 11-5, 11-7.

AGAINST THE FORDS
- Against the hosts, William Smith had two 3-0 sweeps and a 3-1 victory to earn its three points.
- Smith-Padmore beat Joelle Phuah in the No. 1 spot 11-4, 11-7, 11-8.
- Finnerty edged Zoe Liu, 9-11, 11-9, 11-4, 11-7, in the No. 2 spot. It was Finnerty's 20th career win.
- Sadie Sanchez logged her first collegiate win, sweeping Sarah Kotapka, 12-10, 11-6, 11-9 at No. 9.
- Haverford had five 3-0 sweeps.

AGAINST THE BREWERS
- In the No. 1 spot, Smith-Padmore rallied to beat Charlotte Tobin, 9-11, 11-7, 12-10, 11-4, for her third win of the year.
- Finnerty jumped out to a 2-0 lead and held on, beating Hope Fireison, 11-4, 11-8, 11-13, 9-11, 11-9.
- Scarlett Sandoval and Kimberly Javier notched 3-0 sweeps at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively. Sandoval logged her fifth career win, winning 11-2, 12-10, 11-8.
- DeZart and Ashley Ambrosio swept their opponents at No. 7 and No. 8, respectively.
