WATERVILLE, MAINE—The William Smith squash team was defeated by 17th-ranked Colby 9-0 at the Harold Alfond Athletics and Recreation Center this evening. It was the Herons' fourth match against a top 25 team in its first five matches.

• With the win, Colby is now 2-2 overall
• William Smith is now 1-4 on the season.

 
MATCH SUMMARY

• The Mules won all nine matches in 3-0 sweeps.
• Jada Smith-Padmore had the tightest match at No. 1, but was edged 11-5, 11-4, 11-4.
