3/19/2026 4:27:00 PM

The Hobart baseball team will play its home opener against Liberty League West rival St. Lawrence at 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 20 at Falcon Park in Auburn, New York. This week's snowfall left the natural grass of McDonough Park covered in a blanket of white.

The Statesmen are riding a six-game winning streak and begin conference play with a 12-5 record. Hobart is coming off an 11-3 win over Colby-Sawyer on Tuesday.

The Saints are 4-3 after splitting a doubleheader with Keuka on March 8. St. Lawrence won the opener 2-1, but dropped the nightcap 8-6.

The Statesmen and Saints are also scheduled to play a doubleheader this weekend. The day, time and location of those games are to be determined.
