MIDDLETOWN, Conn.—The William Smith College squash team played three matches today in the Wesleyan Round Robin. The Herons posted a 1-3 mark on the day, defeating Smith 9-0, but falling to the host Cardinals 8-1 and Colby 6-3. William Smith now holds a 2-4 overall record.

Emily Hazenberg earned the only William Smith win vs. Wesleyan, 3-0 at No. 8. She also picked up a 3-0 win in the same spot against Smith.

Courtney Leous also recorded two victories for the Herons. Comstock defeated her opponents from Smith and Colby 3-0 at No. 6, while Beckwith did the same at No. 7. In the ninth spot, Leous won 3-0 vs. the Pioneers and 3-2 against the Mules.
