ITHACA, N.Y.—The William Smith College squash team fell to sixth-ranked Cornell 9-0 this afternoon. The 23rd-ranked Herons slipped to 6-10 overall.

Senior Lori Stump, senior Kaite Baker, junior Katie Mullen, sophomore Isabella Comstock, junior Medora Hartz, sophomore Alexa Comstock, senior Megan Peterson, junior Sarah Hallberg, and senior Eliza Braendel played matches No. 1-9, respectively, and all fell to their Big Red opponents 3-0.

The William Smith squash team will be back in action Feb. 13-15, when the Herons travel to Cambridge, Mass., to compete in the Howe Cup.
