POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.—The Hobart College tennis team fell to Skidmore 7-2 in the third place match of the Liberty League Tournament this morning at Vassar's Walker Field House. The Statesmen end their season with an 8-12 overall record, while the Thoroughbreds improve to 9-8.

Kevin Bates earned the lone singles win for Hobart with a 6-1, 7-5 decision vs. Max Bevan at No. 5. Bates also teamed up with senior
Guillaume Etlin for the second Statesmen point. They defeated Alex Fromson and Jeremy Hogan at third doubles, 8-5.
