The Hobart College tennis team picked up its first victory of its spring break trip, topping Bethel University 7-2 this morning in Orlando, Fla. The Statesmen are now 4-3 overall.

Rusk picked up his second win of the day 6-1, 6-2 at the No. 2 spot. DePrima gave the Statesmen a 4-2 lead with a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 3. First-year
Jake Criss clinched the overall victory for Hobart with a 6-2, 6-2 win at the No. 4 spot. First-year
Carson Smith logged a 7-5, 6-1 win at No. 5 and Kot topped his opposition 7-5, 6-2 win at No. 6.
The Statesmen were originally scheduled to take on Puget Sound tonight at 7 p.m., but due to the rain the match was postponed to tomorrow, March 18 at 8 a.m.
