The William Smith College squash team dropped its match 9-0 to St. Lawrence in Canton, N.Y., this afternoon. The Herons are now 15-7 overall, while the Saints are 3-11.

St. Lawrence is ranked No. 21 in the most recent College Squash Association rankings, and William Smith is No. 26. The Saints won 3-0 at Nos. 1-6 and at Nos. 8 and 9. Heron junior Brooke Hayes battled at the No. 5 spot and was edged 3-2 (9-11, 11-4, 8-11, 11-3, 11-5).

William Smith will play its final match of the regular season tomorrow, Feb.14, hosting Bates at the Smith Squash Center at 9 a.m.
