William Smith College Athletics, the Heron Society and Alumni House will host a postgame gathering after the Heron lacrosse team takes on Union on Saturday, April 8, in Schenectady, N.Y.
 
Game time at Union is set for 2 p.m. Parents, alums and fans are invited to gather at Nico's Pizzeria around 4:30 p.m. in Schenectady for pizza, salad and soft drinks. The defending Liberty League champions, the Herons start league play with games against Bard in Kingston, N.Y., and at Vassar on Friday, March 31 and Saturday, April 1, respectively. William Smith will also host Ithaca for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 4, in Geneva, before traveling to take on the Dutchwomen on Saturday, April 8.
