The No. 23 William Smith College squash team dropped its match 9-0 to No. 8 Cornell this evening in Ithaca, N.Y.
 
The Herons fall to 5-5 overall. Cornell is now 5-2 this season.
 
Sophomore Gabby Fraser lost in four games at the No. 1 spot. The Big Red won 3-0 at Nos. 2-8. Cornell won by default at No. 9.
 
William Smith is back in action on Jan. 27-28 when it competes in the Liberty League Championships.
