GENEVA, N.Y.—The Hobart College football team will play its final regular season home game on Saturday, Nov. 3, when the Statesmen host Liberty League rival Ithaca College on Boswell Field at David J Urick Stadium. Kickoff has been moved up to noon on Saturday with the Liberty League Women's Soccer Tournament semifinals also scheduled for the Boz on Saturday.
General admission tickets are $5. Tickets for children ages 3-12 are $2. The game will be broadcast live on

In addition to a key conference showdown, Hobart will honor its
Hall of Fame Class of 2018 at halftime. Stockton Buck '66, of Bolinas, Calif., Len DeFrancesco '56, of Geneva, Jeremy Foley '74, of Gainesville, Fla., the late Delivan "Augie" Gates '56, Bill Palmer '94, of Atlanta, Kent Smack '97, of Carlisle, Mass., and Jeff Tambroni '92, of State College, Pa., will join the Hall during a formal induction ceremony on Saturday night.

Matthew Woods have led the Statesmen to a four-year record of 27-11, including the 2016 Liberty League Championship and a berth in the NCAA playoffs.
The game will be a matchup of the Liberty League's top offense against the top defense. The Statesmen (4-3, 2-1) are averaging league-highs of 377.4 yards of offense per game and 36.3 points per game. The Bombers (6-2, 3-1) are allowing a league low 227.5 yards per game and just 9.1 points per game.

Ryan Hofmann has completed 62.8 percent of his passes for 266.0 yards per game and 19 touchdowns, all league highs. Classmate
Jake Catalioto is his primary target with 42 receptions for 643 yards and six touchdowns. Junior
Ray Conley has 21 catches for 400 yards and a team-high eight TDs. Junior
Brian Haeffner and sophomore
Alex Milliken have shared the load in the running game. Haeffner is averaging 4.9 yards per carry with three touchdowns and Milliken adds 4.7 yards per carry and two TDs.
Ithaca senior linebacker Pat Minogue leads a trio of Bombers with 50 or more tackles this season. He boasts 66 tackles, a team-high 9.5 for loss, two sacks, a team-high six breakups, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. Junior linebacker Nick Garone adds 56 tackles, including seven for loss, and senior linebacker Ryan Bronson has 50 stops and a pair of interceptions.
When Ithaca has the ball, sophomore quarterback Wahid Nabi directs the offense. He's completed 59.7 percent of his passes for 199.7 yards per game and eight touchdowns. Junior Will Gladney and sophomore Andrew Vito lead the receiving corps. Gladney has 43 catches for 543 yards and five TDs and Vito sports 46 receptions for 473 yards and three touchdowns.
The Statesmen defense is led by junior linebacker
David McCarthy's 58 tackles. Sophomore linebacker
Emmett Forde is second with 42 stops. Forde and senior defensive end
Al Smith share the team lead with 6.5 tackles for loss. Smith is tied with junior end
Collin Hudgins for the team lead in sacks (3.0). Junior free safety
Andrew Koonz sports a team-high three interceptions.
The game will be the 32nd meeting between the two programs. The Bombers hold a commanding 26-5 series lead, but in the eight meetings since 2000, the teams have alternated wins and losses. Ithaca prevailed 24-21 in Ithaca last season, while Hobart earned a 23-3 win in 2016 on Boswell Field.
