HAMILTON, N.Y.-The William Smith College squash team notched a pair 9-0- wins at the 2018 Colgate Round Robin on Saturday. With the victories, the Herons are now 4-0 on the season.

William Smith opened Saturday defeating the host Raiders. The Herons won seven of the nine matches 3-0 and the other two 3-1.
Madison Bradley and
Michaelann Denton won at Nos. 1 and 2, respectively. Bradley defeated Freesia Ferrantino 11-7, 11-7, 11-6 while Denton Bested Christina Johnson 11-2, 11-1, 11-5.
Djenebo Ballo topped Amanda Gastel in the third spot 11-5, 11-9, 11-4.
Molly Wachter knocked off Ann Childress at No. 4, 11-5, 11-4, 11-4.
Karina Lazaro bested Gwen Koehler 11-4, 11-5, 11-8.
Stacy Avigail Maceda triumphed 11-7, 11-8, 11-8 at No. 6.
Hattye Hytla registered an 8-11, 11-7, 11-8, 11-0 win at No. 7.
Lillian Molinari notched an 11-7, 11-5, 11-4 win in the eighth spot.
Saige Arseneault collected her first collegiate win defeating Crinny Woloson 12-10, 9--, 12-10, 11-1.

In the win over the Brewers, Bradley secured a 9-11, 16-14, 11-6, 11-9 win at No. 1. Denton earned a 12-10, 11-2, 11-8 victory in the No. 2 spot. At No. 3, Ballo picked up an 11-4, 11-2, 18-16 victory. Watcher logged a 7-11, 11-1, 11-2, 11-3 win at No. 4. Lazaro defeated Alexa Elias 6-11, 11-8, 11-2, 11-6 in the fifth spot. Maceda notched an 11-4, 11-5, 11-7 win at No. 6. Hytla bested Nicole Pihlstrom 11-2, 11-8, 11-6 at No. 7. At No. 8, Molinari only lost two games as she rolled to an 11-0, 11-0, 11-2 victory. Arsenault won her match by forfeit in the No. 9 spot.

William Smith will be back in action on Saturday, Nov. 17, when it takes on Williams. The match will begin at 4 p.m. at Cornell.
