The weekend weather forecast has prompted a change to the William Smith lacrosse schedule. The Herons, who are ranked 15th in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Poll, will now host the University of Rochester on Friday, March 26, at 6 p.m. on Stiles Field at the Thomas B. Poole '61 and Family Sports Dome. The Herons will then travel to Fauver Stadium to take on the Yellowjackets on Saturday, March 27, at 7 p.m.
Â
With a focus on the health and safety of the student-athletes, spectators will not be permitted at The Poole Family Dome. Friday's game will be webcast live on
HWS All-Access and fans can follow the action with
Live Stats. The game will also be broadcast on WHWS.FM (105.7 in Geneva). Saturday's contest will be broadcast with live stats and video from Rochester's site.
Â
The Yellowjackets were originally scheduled to host on Friday, but the forecast for rain and high winds triggered the move indoors.
