COACH'S CORNER

"The Herons were able to come together to secure another victory. It was nice to be able to mix up our events a little bit and I was very pleased with how we showed up. For a third straight week the energy was high and the birds were focused. We will have another tough week of training ahead, but for now we're going to enjoy a well-deserved weekend off." —Head Coach R.C. Weston
