Heron soccer summer clinic is June 5

4/13/2022 11:01:00 AM

William Smith soccer will host an ID Clinic on June 5. The one-day clinic begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs through 1 p.m. The event is free and open to high school girls grades 9-12.

The William Smith ID Clinic focuses on providing a quality learning experience in an environment where a small number of campers allow for the maximum individualized attention and interaction between the coaching staff and the players. The camp will also teach "The William Smith Way," a method predicated on team investment and the understanding of the importance of strong team dynamics. Players must analyze and acknowledge their roles in leadership, accountability and team building.

Attendees will enjoy a hands-on training session with the coaching staff to expand and develop their awareness and understanding of the soccer program. The coaches and players will also provide a unique insight to the soccer program and culture in a Q&A session. Afterwards players and families will enjoy a presentation and campus tour by HWS admissions.
