CARLISLE, Pa.—The 13th-ranked William Smith College squash team defeated Dickinson College 6-3 at the Kline Center this afternoon. With the win, the Herons improve to 7-2 on the season while the Red Devils fall to 1-7.

• Rafaela Albuja Sanchez improved to 7-2 overall on the season with her win in the No. 1 spot. She beat Amna Fayyaz, 11-6, 14-12, 11-8.  She has played all nine matches in the top spot this season.
• Laila Selim swept Whitney Finney, 11-4, 11-8, 11-4, at No. 2. Selim is 6-3 on the season.
• In the No. 3 spot, Marce Marquez Martinez bested Cate Moll, 12-10, 11-5, 11-4. It was her seventh win of the season.
• Shante Frank defeated Victoria Savellius, 11-2, 11-8, 16-14, at No. 4. With the win, Frank is now 5-4 overall.
• At No. 5, Anna O'Connor topped Jocelyn Feliciano, 11-3, 11-5, 11-6, at No. 5. O'Connor is a team-best 8-1 on the year.
• Jada Smith-Padmore rallied to win her match in the No. 6 spot. She topped Doxey Loupassi, 10-12, 11-8, 12-10, 11-4.
• The Red Devils earned spots in the No. 7 and No. 8 spots.

William Smith will be back in action tomorrow, Jan. 15, when it travels to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to take on 18th-ranked Franklin and Marshall. The match is scheduled to begin at noon.
