The Hobart College tennis team will host No. 37 Vassar College in a Liberty League showdown Sunday, April 16, at the HWS Tennis Center. First serve between the Statesmen and the Brewers is set for 10 a.m.

Hobart enters the week with an 11-4 overall record and a 3-1 record in conference play. The Statesmen are coming off a successful pair of matches last week, defeating the University of Rochester, 8-1 and Ithaca, 6-3.
Sophomore
Hyat Oyer was named to the Liberty League weekly honor roll after going 2-0 in singles action last week, defeating Rochester's Kei Ogawa in the No. 4 spot and Ithaca's Jacob Wachs in the No. 3 spot. He is now 11-3 in dual match singles action this season and is on a 10-match win streak heading into the weekend.
Vassar enters the weekend with a 10-3 overall record and are 4-0 in conference play. The Brewers will head to Ithaca on Saturday to take on the Bombers before traveling to Geneva for Sunday's matchup. Vassar is coming off a 7-2 win over St. Lawrence on Saturday, April 8.
