Senior Brooke Jarvis of the William Smith basketball team was named to the All-Liberty League second team after an impressive 2023-24 season. This is Jarvis' third all-conference selection after being named to the second team in 2022-23 and an honorable mention selection in 2021-22. She was also named the Liberty League Rookie of the Year after the 2021-22 season.

Jarvis led the Liberty League in scoring, averaging 15.4 points per game. She also finished fifth in the conference in rebounding, averaging 8.5 rebounds per game. Jarvis ranked fifth in the Liberty League in field goal percentage (40.7%) and free throw percentage (69%), earning two Liberty League Player of the Week awards, as well as five weekly honor roll selections.

The Baldwinsville, New York, native ranked top-20 in several categories in the Liberty League. She was 14th in blocked shots per game (0.7), 15th in assists (2.0) and 19th in steals (1.2). Jarvis' season was highlighted by a 33-point performance against Rochester on Nov. 21, and a career-high 20 rebounds and 17 points showing against Union on Feb. 17 to close the season. In the season's final weekend, Jarvis led the Herons in one of the biggest upsets in program history as William Smith took down No. 20 Vassar 49-48. She scored the game-winning bucket with 3.2 seconds remaining to lift the Herons over the Brewers. On Jan. 6, Jarvis scored 16 points against Ithaca to surpass the 1,000-career point milestone, marking just the 18th Heron in program history to do so. She ranks 14th in the program record books for scoring with 1,186 points, and 17th in rebounding with 574 rebounds.

The writing and rhetoric major has been named to the Liberty League All-Academic team three times and last year was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team. Along with her academic achievements, Jarvis was named to the USBWA Rochester Area first team in back-to-back seasons.
