The 11th-ranked Hobart volleyball team will be in action this weekend, Feb. 14 -15, with three nonconference matches on the road against No. 4 Stevens, Regis and Manhattanville.

ABOUT THE STATESMEN:
- Hobart dropped one spot to No. 11 in this week's AVCA national poll. It is the Statesmen's fifth straight week ranked in the poll.
- Hobart enters the weekend with a 13-1 overall record after sweeping Manhattanville, Mount Union, and Houghton last weekend.
- Graduate student Andrew Kim leads the UVC and ranks second in the nation in kills per set (4.87). He also leads the conference and ranks third in the nation in points per set (5.84). Kim ranks 10th in the nation in hitting percentage (.444).
- Sophomores Noah DeLong and Daniel Sappia continue to impress for the Statesmen, averaging 2.17 and 2.05 kills per set, respectively. The duo has combined for 26 blocks and 21 service aces this season.
- Sophomore Zack Farren and graduate student Benjamin Lincoln lead Hobart from the setter position and average 5.46 and 4.20 assists per set, respectively. Farren ranks eighth in the UVC in that category.
- Leading the Statesmen defensively is sophomore libero Gavin Meador, who is averaging a league-leading 2.93 digs per set which ranks 16th in the nation.
- First-year duo Alain Malcolm and Josh Reilly lead Hobart at the net and rank top-10 in the UVC in blocking. Malcolm is third in the conference with 0.83 blocks per set, while Reilly ranks eighth with 0.64 per set.
ABOUT THE DUCKS:
- Stevens jumped one spot and comes in at No. 4 in this week's AVCA poll.
- The Ducks are 8-2 on the season and are coming off a 3-1 loss to No. 1 NYU on Wednesday.
- Koby Sherman leads Stevens offensively, averaging 3.12 kills per set. He is followed by Alex Olcott with 2.39 kills per set.
- Sebastian Huyke averages a team-leading 6.32 assists per set for the Ducks.
- Defensively, Stevens is led by Phillip Bone who averages 2.09 digs per set. Esteban Schmidt and Hunter Schmidt lead the Ducks at the net, averaging 1.2 and 1.1 blocks per set, respectively.
ABOUT THE PRIDE:
- Regis enters the weekend with a 7-4 overall record and is coming off a 3-0 loss to Wentworth on Wednesday. The Pride will take on Sarah Lawrence and Manhattanville before its matchup with the Statesmen.
- Brandon Valdes leads the team offensively, averaging 3.03 kills per set. He is followed by Adam Bonica with 2.39 kills per set.
- Tyrell Bucasas averages a team-leading 8.17 assists per set.
- Defensively, the Pride are led by Jay Bodhidatta who averages 3.03 digs per set. John Nangle chips in a team-leading 0.83 blocks per set.
ABOUT THE VALIANTS:
- Manhattanville enters the weekend with a 2-8 record and is coming off three losses to Hobart, Endicott and Nazareth last weekend. The Valiants will take on Regis before their matchup with the Statesmen Saturday.
- Emil Medrano leads Manhattanville offensively, averaging 3.37 kills per set. Kyle Simmons chips in 2.58 kills per set for the Valiants.
- Mason Moon and Idris Idris lead Manhattanville from the setter position, averaging 7.00 and 6.86 assists per set, respectively.
- Defensively, Evan Rapp leads the Valiants with 1.97 digs per set. Kyle Gretczko averages a team-leading 0.75 blocks per set for Manhattanville.
- Last weekend, Hobart defeated Manhattanville 3-0. Sophomore Aiden Kemora led the Statesmen with 10 kills (.250), four digs, two service aces and a block.
