ROCHESTER, N.Y.— The Hobart cross country team was back in action this morning as it raced to a 19th place finish out of 24 teams at the University of Rochester's Yellowjacket Invitational.
Sophomore Ducan Kipkoech led the way for the Statesmen in the 8-kilometer race. He finished 62nd out of 319 runners after stopping the clock at 27:01.8. Classmate
Philip Dilgard-Clark finished second for Hobart in 160th with a time of 28:27.4. Senior
Sean Moran rounded out the Statesmen top-three with a time of 28:28.1 to finish in 174th place.
SUNY Geneseo finished on top of the team leaderboard after producing five top-20 finishers this morning. Rochester alum Scott Sikorski was the events individual medalsit after finishing the 8k race with a time of 25:11.5.
