William Smith-Keuka basketball game to tip off at 7 p.m.

Due to a large number of home athletic contests, the start time of the William Smith College basketball game against Keuka College on Saturday, Nov. 23 has been pushed back to 7 p.m. 

The Herons (0-1) are looking for their first win of the season after dropping their opener to nationally ranked Ithaca 71-60. Junior forward Chloe Hayter had 14 points and eight rebounds against the Bombers while senior guard Jacqueline Murphy added 10 points and eight boards.

The Storm (0-1) also lost its season opener, falling 63-52 at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. Keuka hosts SUNY Geneseo on Nov. 21, before making the short drive north to Geneva.

William Smith is 6-2 against Keuka under ninth-year Head Coach Lindsay Sharman, including a 3-0 mark in Bristol Gym. The Herons won the most recent meeting between the schools, 99-78 in Bristol Gym on Nov. 19, 2011. Senior guard Sasha Borenstein sank six 3-pointers in that contest for 18 points.
