Miles Singer represented the Statesmen in the competition.

Rusk made the deepest run for Hobart, reaching the third round. Rusk defeated RPI's Al Grullon Gonzalez 6-3, 3-6, 10-7 in the first round. In the second round, Rusk tangled with RIT's Chandler Daub and emerged victorious 6-1, 6-4.  NYU's Karan Goyal bested Rusk in the third round 6-3, 6-2. Fields and Singer also represented the Statesmen in the singles competition. Fields defeated Rochester's Aaron Mevorach 6-4, 6-4 in the first round while Singer defeated Drew's Adam Clark 7-6, 6-0. Both Fields and Singer were eliminated in the second round.

In the doubles championship draw, Rusk teamed up with Nichols while Fields teamed up with Kot. Both teams won their first round matches, Rusk and Nichols 8-5 over William Persson and Kyle Henry of Stevens while Fields and Kot bested Oneonta's Mackenzie Park and Ben Leighton 8-4. In the second round, Julian Danko and Ben Shapiro of Rochester bested Rusk and Nichols 8-2 while eventual runners-up Nick Tong and Steven Koulouris of Skidmore bested Fields and Kot 8-5.

Top seeded Matthew Heinrich of Stevens took home the singles title losing only one set in the tournament. The top seeded doubles pair of Heinrich and Ben Foran won the doubles title. The regional champions advance to the USTA/ITA National Small College Championships, held October 9-12 at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, South Carolina. The event is comprised of the eight regional champions from NCAA Divisions II and III, NAIA and Junior/Community Colleges.

The Statesmen will wrap up their fall season with a pair of dual matches against Liberty League foes Union on Oct. 4 at 1 p.m. and Bard on Oct. 5 at 10 a.m.Â
