GENEVA, N.Y. - The Hobart College tennis team defeated Division II Roberts Wesleyan, 6-3, at Bristol Field House this afternoon. With the win, the Statesmen improve to 4-0 on the season.

Harry Nichols wrapped up the doubles portion of the match with an 8-5 win in the No. 3 spot.
In singles action, sophomore
Michael Rusk won in straight sets 6-4, 6-2 at No. 2. Nichols defeated Rene Torti 7-6 (7-2), 6-4 in the No. 5 spot. First year
Miles Singer clinched the match at No. 4 for the Statesmen. Singer dug himself out a first set hole to win 7-5, 6-4. Sophomore
Danny Kot registered the sixth and final victory for the Statesmen. He defeated Dustin Eshleman 6-3, 6-4 in the No. 6 spot.
Hobart returns to action Sunday, March 15, when the Statesmen begin their spring training trip with a match against Connecticut College in Orlando, Florida.
