Three members of the Hobart College cross country team earned a spot on the 2018 Liberty League All-Academic Team.
 
To be eligible for all-academic honors, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.3 through the end of the 2018 spring semester.
 
The following student-athletes represented the Statesmen on this year's squad:
 

• William Fletcher, international relations and Asian studies double major
• Alex Shaw, political science major
• Josh Wasserman, chemistry and computer science double major

 
This is the second year in a row that Fletcher, Shaw and Wasserman have earned a spot on the all-academic team.
 
Hobart posted its best finish of the year at the Cross Country Only Conference Championship, finishing second. Hobart finished eighth at the Liberty League Championship meet and 27th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship meet.
