The William Smith College lacrosse team hosts two Liberty League contests on Boswell Field this weekend. The Herons, who are ranked No. 16 in this week's IWLCA poll, take on Rensselaer on Friday, March 23, at 4 p.m., before facing Union on Saturday, March 24, at 3 p.m.

Melissa Moore leads the Herons with 16 points and 13 goals. She has also picked up a team-high 14 ground balls and shares the team lead with eight caused turnovers. Senior

Jules Kennedy have split time in goal this year. Hofmann has a 6.79 goals against average, a .400 save percentage and a 3-2 record. Kennedy has an 8.40 goals against average, a .514 save percentage and an 0-1 record.

Rensselaer has a 3-1-1 overall record and a 1-0 mark in the Liberty League. The Engineers are coming off a 14-9 victory over Clarkson on March 17. Maddy Aslansan leads RPI with 19 points on 14 goals and five assists. She also leads the way with 18 draw controls. Laurel Dean has picked up a team-high 12 ground balls and caused eight turnovers. Aleena Milinski has played the most minutes in goal. She has a 10.19 goals against average, a .495 save percentage and a 3-1 record.

Union takes on RIT on Friday before coming to Geneva. The Dutchwomen are 0-1 going into the weekend, after dropping their season opener to No. 15 Cortland 16-5. Heading into conference play, Abby Stoller led Union with three points on a goal and two assists. Erika Bonnist leads the way with four ground balls, and Celia Condrick has a team-high four caused turnovers. M.K. McIntire has won a team-high four draws. Ellen Taney has played every minute in goal. She made five saves in the loss to the Red Dragons.
