COACHES CORNER:

"Our Herons flew to victory today and gave some really strong performances," Head coach R.C. Weston said. "It's been a great few weeks of training leading up to our home opener and we loved the energy today. Thanks to the families and fans that came out to show their support. The results from today show how hard this team is working. They keep doing all of the right things; from buying into their training program, their quality work ethic, and taking the time for the extra stuff, such as recovery and caring for their bodies. We will have a short week leading up to Utica on Friday, but I'm excited to see what the next step looks like as we increase their training intensity in the next week or two."
