COACHES CORNER:
"Our Herons showed up in a big way today," Head Coach R.C. Weston said. "They pulled off an incredible performance being down a few swimmers. We were able to win every single event for the first time during my time here, a very satisfying sweep that shows how well-rounded our team is this year. It was a great meet for our backstrokers - Lea, Tiernee, and Tori, and Abby Hark held onto the victory in the 200 IM for the closest race of the day. The distance swimmers, Mackenzie and Jayne, dropped alot of time from last week and it shows that we're starting to hit our mark in training. Really looking forward to another week of practice before our meet next weekend."

UP NEXT:
The Herons will be back in action Saturday, Oct. 28, when they host Roberts Wesleyan University and Wells College at 11 a.m. in Geneva, New York.
