Senior Daniel Barrientos of the Hobart swimming and diving team was named the Liberty League Diver of the Week by the conference office this afternoon. This is the 10th time of his career being named the conference's diver of the week.
 
Barrientos led the Statesmen in a dual meet against St. Lawrence on Saturday. He finished first from both the 1- and 3-meter boards, securing key points for Hobart and his first two wins of the season.
From the 3-meter board, Barrientos earned a score of 248.62 to claim first place and followed that up with a win from the 1-meter board with score of 255.82.
 
Hobart will be back in action Dec. 4-6, when it travels to Ithaca, New York, for the Bomber Invitational. The three-day meet is set to begin at 5 p.m. on Thursday.
