Aman Dhiman was named the Liberty League Rookie of the Week following a standout performance at the Oswego State Fall Invitational over the weekend. It was his first career rookie of the week award.

Dhiman led the Statesmen to a second-place finish at the two-day tournament, finishing first out of 51 golfers. He carded a season-best 69 after 18 holes on Saturday before beating that with a 68 on Sunday. Dhiman was the only golfer to finish under par at the invitational, coming in at five under. He finished 11 strokes ahead of teammate and runner-up,
Troy Gregg.

Hobart finished one stroke behind team champion Clarkson this weekend. The Statesmen finished +32 on the weekend, while Clarkson finished +31. SUNY Oswego rounded out the top-three at +45 through two days at Oswego Country Club.

The Statesmen will be back on the links Oct. 5-6, when they close out their fall schedule at the RPI Invitational. Action will begin at 1 p.m. at Shaker Ridge Country Club.
