The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference announced its 2025-26 Winter All-Sportsmanship Teams today. Sophomore Sarah Shoobe represented William Smith on the women's bowling team.

Each AMCC Team elected one member to the All-Sportsmanship Team. Shoobe was elected to the team in a vote of her teammates for the second year in a row.

"Sarah was voted to the All-Sportsmanship Team because of how much she truly cares about our team and the dedication she shows every day whether it's at practice, tournaments, or even off the lanes," said senior Caitlyn Anschutz. "When she's in the lineup, her energy and positivity lifts everyone up and she cares about us as more than teammates, she cares about us as people. No one deserves this award more than Sarah!"

Shoobe averaged 16.37 pins per frame this season, including 16.86 pins per frame in Baker matches. She bowled a season-high 216 against Penn State Behrend, leading the Herons to a 915-762 win during the AMCC Round Robin No. 2.

A two-sport athlete, Shoobe is also a member of the William Smith soccer program.

William Smith finished the season with a 52-32 record, the most wins in a season in program history. The Herons finished third at the AMCC Championship, marking the third straight year they've finished in the top three.
