A two-time AHCA East All-American, Belizario was a second team selection in 2015-16 and a third team pick in 2016-17. He was the 2017 ECAC West Defensive Player of the Year. Belazario is also a two-time All-ECAC West first team selection.
Belizario led the Hobart defense that ranked first in the ECAC West and 15th in the nation in scoring defense, allowing an average of 2.38 goals per game. He also played a vital role in the Statesmen penalty kill which denied 121 of its opponents 138 power-play attempts. Hobart finished the year ranked atop the ECAC West and sixth in the country on the penalty kill (87.7%).

Belizario played in 106 games at Hobart, logging 14 goals and 42 assists for 56 career points. He also earned a spot on the ECAC West All-Rookie team in 2014.
Belizario and the Class of 2017 helped Hobart to a 76-26-10 record in their four years, setting a program record for wins by a graduating class and leading the Statesmen to three straight ECAC West Tournament titles and three straight NCAA tournament appearances.
