Conboy was a 2016 All-American thanks to an eighth place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke at the NCAA Championships. She was also a three-time honorable mention All-American, placing 11th in the 100 breaststroke and 12th in the 200 breaststroke at the 2017 NCAA Championships and 16th in the 200 breaststroke at nationals in 2016. Conboy was the 2017 UNYSCSA Championships Co-Swimmer of the Meet and the 2016 Liberty League Championships Swimmer of the Meet.
Conboy's name sits on the school record board a total of eight times. She lowered school records 35 times in her career, breaking her own mark on 27 occasions. Conboy lowered the school mark in the 200 breaststroke seven times and was a member of eight school record breaking medley relays. She also holds the Liberty League records in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes.
