The 2001 NYSWCAA Defensive Player of the Year, Crump earned NSCAA First Team All-America honors. She anchored the defense in front of Cornwell '01. She helped limit opponents to just 11 goals in 20 games in the 2001 season. The three-time first-team All-UCAA selection also contributed five assists to the offense. Crump was named to the 1999 and 2001 Regional All-America teams.
