Richardson collected NSCAA All-America first team honors in 1994. A defender, Richardson led William Smith to a 13-3-3 overall record in her senior season. She contributed four goals and four assists for 12 points. Richardson led the William Smith defense to six shutouts and limited nine other opponents to just one goal.
