A forward, Donald earned NSCAA All-America first team honors in 1996 and garnered a spot on the second team in 1995.. Her senior season, she led the Herons with 38 points on 16 goals and six assists. William Smith went 12-5 that year and 4-2 in the UCAA. Donald was also named to the NYSWCAA All-State first team. As a junior, Donald also led the team with 39 points on 18 goals and three assists. William Smith went 18-2-1 that year and 5-0-1 in the UCAA.
