Belov was named a CCM/American Hockey Coaches Association All-American following his sophomore season. He was placed on the East second team as he helped the Statesmen capture their second consecutive national championship.Â
Belov played in 30 games, recording 16 goals, 21 assists and 37 points. Belov was second on the team in points and third in goals and assists. He recorded three points in a game five times, including a hat trick against Vermont State Castleton in January.
