Walker earned IWLCA All-America second team honors in 1997. As a junior that year, she recorded 24 goals and 13 assists for 37 points. Walker registered 49 ground balls. She helped the Herons to a 16-2 overall record and a trip to the NCAA tournament championship round. In her career, Walker recorded 114 ground balls, 51 goals and 31 assists for 82 points.
