A running back, Blakowski earned All-America recognition following his junior and senior seasons.
In 2005, Blakowski was named to Don Hansen's Football Gazette All-America third team and earned D3football.com All-America honorable mention. He rushed for 1,364 yards and 17 touchdowns, averaging a Liberty League best 5.8 yards per carry. Blakowski tied the Hobart record for most 100-yard rushing games in a season, posting nine, including a career-high 198 yards on just 19 carries at Coast Guard.
In 2006, Blakowski earned Don Hansen's Football Gazette All-America honorable mention. He ran for 1,054 yards (105.4 yards per game) and scored a team-high 15 touchdowns. Against WPI, Blakowski rushed for 132 yards and scored three touchdowns.
Blakwoski wrapped up his career with 2,610 career rushing yards and 32 career touchdowns.
