Perry was a three-sport athlete. She earned All-America honors in lacrosse, soccer, and basketball, collecting NSCAA Third Team All-America accolades in 1987 and earning IWLCA All-America second team honors in 1989.
Perry was a starter on the 1988 soccer national championship team and on the 1987 soccer national runner-up squad. She scored the game-winning goal in 1987 soccer semifinal win. Perry graduated with 21 career goals and 32 assists for 74 career points. She ranked second on the Heron soccer career assists list. Perry collected second team all-state honors in 1985 and 1986 and earned first team all-state accolades in 1988. She was named to the 1985 and 1986 all-tournament team at the NYSWCAA soccer championships. Perry was tabbed a first-team scholar-athlete by the NSCAA in 1987 and 1988.
A defender on the lacrosse field, she earned one assist in 1989. Perry helped the Herons to a 13-3 overall record, advancing to the NCAA tournament semifinals. Perry and the William Smith defense limited six opponents to four goals or less during the season. She earned first team all-state honors in 1989 and second team all-state in 1988.Â
