Risley was named a USA Lacrosse Magazine first team All-American.
Risley was named Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association first team All-American in 2023. She played a key role in William Smith's defense that ranked ninth in the nation in scoring Defense. A stay-at-home shutdown defender, Risley is often tasked with shutting down the opponent's offensive player. She led the team with 49 ground balls and 28 caused turnovers.Â
Risley was a USA Lacrosse Magazine third team All-American. A second team All-Liberty League selection, she started all 18 games that she played in during the 2022 season. Risley played a key role in William Smith's defensive unit that ranks 13th in the nation in scoring defense. A stay-at-home shutdown defender, Risley is often tasked with locking down the opponent's top offensive player. She led the team with 44 ground balls and was third with 27 caused turnovers.
