Flaherty was named an IWLCAÂ first team All-American following the 2017 season. The Liberty League and ECAC North Offensive Player of the Year tied for the team lead in goals (49) and was third in points (57). Flaherty was also in the top five on the team in ground balls (43), caused turnovers (25) and draws (36). A two-time all-conference selection, Flaherty notched at least one point in 18 straight games to close out her career. She produced a career-high five goals in the Herons' 10-5 victory over then No. 10/3 Ithaca and logged a career-high matching five points (4g,1a) in an NCAA tournament win over Colorado College. Flaherty also picked up a career-high six ground balls against the Tigers.

Flaherty played in 74 career games, recording 96 goals and 16 assists for 112 points. She also accumulated 132 ground balls, 107 draws and 79 caused turnovers. She ranks fourth on the William Smith career draw control list and is tied for fifth in career caused turnovers.
